Refund Policy

Xtralength is more than happy to refund or exchange items purchased if you are not happy with them for whatever reason. Minus the postage of course.

From the date of purchasing clothes from XtraLength you can exchange or refund up to one month. As long as item has not been worn or washed.

Damages/faults can be claimed up to three months from date of purchase. Damage/fault has to be from normal wear and tear of item. XtraLength clothing is not designed for work or sports wear (excluding gym pants that are great for sports wear).
